Since you have 10+ years of work experience you need to focus on schools where average work experience is on higher side (6+ years)
You can target B-Schools like IIM A, B and C, ISB, INSEAD, IMD, HEC PARIS, Oxford, Cambridge, Manchester. These schools will be best fit for you.

Having an MBA previously can make things a bit tricky-- it is often best to check by program to see if they will allow another MBA-- many do but some don't. Hard to say what your chances are -- but about 10% of Indians getting an MBA at INSEAD are getting a second MBA so that is certainly a known route there-- having a 700 GMAT might not be enough-- would help to have a bit higher-- and then also to have some impressive work accomplishments. I am consulting my profile with General Education these days. I tried this tool which they made to know my chances in top-bschools based on my profile.

ronit_1987, I would say with a 690 GMAT from India that you will find some of your best options as you mention in canada, Singapore and Europe. For Canada, you should look at Rotman-- I just visited there and was extremely impressed with the options of the program including employers recruiting and special focus programs such as the Creative Distruction Lab and the Self Development Lab. I also think Schulich and Ivey are great options to apply there. For Europe, Top programs are INSEAD (also have program in Singapore)-- but not sure you will fare too well on that GMAT-- could also consider ie as well as ESADE and For Singapore-- NUS, NTU would be among the ones I'd look at first-- for more info on that you might look at this article: https://find-mba.com/schools/asia/singapore
But rather than just doing such a broad reach of locations I'd ask yourself where you most want to work post-MBA and then focus on that region. I also think I'd work on getting more extracurriculars as you will need a leadership profile regardless of where you seek the MBA. You may have more leadership at work that can be a proxy for community involvement if you spend most of your time working.
