I'm looking at countries like the Nordics, Germany, France, Netherlands and Canada, when it comes to GMAT.
So what should be my target score, strategy, plan, timeline, realistic options and the like?

Generally speaking look for schools with lower females-- as they may be looking to increase that-- and you can help--- and also look at schools where your GMAT avg is 20-30 points over the state avg. Also research programs well enough to know how they can help you reach your career goals-- and also how you can help them.
